  • Photo evidence of damage required
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • No returns accepted for:

    • Items without original packaging

To report shipping damage:

  1. Document damage within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Email photos to our customer service via our “contact page”
  3. Await return authorization
  4. Ship item back within 3 days of authorization
