Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to celebrate and support our artisan community.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for most products. Since many items are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you, processing times may vary. Each artisan manages their own shipping and production schedule, please refer to the artisan’s product detail page for specific delivery times.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped from the artisan's studio.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we only ship within the U.S.A.
Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
As our marketplace features one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged during shipping.
What if my items are damaged?
All sales are final. If damaged upon arrival, please email info@ajimarket.com with the subject line "damage" within 1 day of receipt. A return or refund must be pre-authorized and sent at the customer’s expense. Once received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued via the original form of payment within five business days, or a replacement item will be sent within five to seven business days. Please attach a photo of the damaged item in your original email.
If an order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the shipping information or make a claim with Route Shipping Insurance to cover damage or lost packages. We encourage you to insure your package, as we won't be held responsible for damaged or lost items during transit.
Shipping Repairs:
- Pre-Authorization: Photographs of the item must be emailed to us at info@ajimarket.com before returning.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping for repairs, including original shipping fees, which are non-refundable. We encourage you to insure your package, as we won't be held responsible for damaged or lost items during transit.
- Repair Timeline: Typically takes 7-10 business days for repairs to be completed and shipped back to customers. Upon completion, an invoice will be issued for the return shipping, and the repaired item will be sent back once payment is received. Contact us prior to shipping repairs by emailing info@ajimarket.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Since items are often made-to-order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order, and we will check its status.

Why don't you accept returns?
Our marketplace is built on respecting the time, materials, and craftsmanship of our artisan partners. Each piece is uniquely crafted, often made-to-order, and represents hours of skilled work. This policy ensures our artisans can confidently create without the risk of returns on their one-of-a-kind pieces.
What does dropshipping mean for my order?
Our artisans ship directly from their studios to ensure your handcrafted item is handled with care. This means:
- Shipping times may vary based on the artisan's location and production schedule.
- Your items may arrive in separate packages if ordering from multiple artisans.
- Each package will include details about the artisan who crafted your item.

Can I request a rush order?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, rush orders are generally not available. Please contact us for specific timing questions.
